Amp up vitamins A, E, and C! All have been know to yield marked visible improvements to your skin.
At night follow your regular cleansing with some overnight skin and eye therapy fortified with retinol, a derivative of vitamin A and/or vitamin C to reduce those fine lines. Note: If your skin is sensitive choose a milder formula with retinol palmitate.
This thinner and fragile skin requires some extra special care. Try using a gentle facial scrub once or twice a week and moisturize twice a day when you apply or remove your makeup. This will help ensure a photo perfect finish.
Day of prep for
The wedding day has finally arrived! Cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize! Be sure to eat a healthy and light breakfast, include fruits, grains and proteins, you may not get a chance to eat again until your reception and you’re going to need the energy.
Allow plenty of time to get ready we recommend 3-4 hours. You don’t’ want to feel rushed or stressed and you’ll want to remember each and every moment you get to spend with your fabulous little girl on this very special day.
