It’s Lipstick Time!
Okay so we know that #NationalLipstickDay is July 29th this year but we just can’t wait that long! Just when we were coming to grips with the fact that masks would be our daily reality for the foreseeable future many of us retired our lipsticks. But this weeks exciting news regarding the relaxation of masking guidelines has Brides and women rejoicing!
It’s been so long since we’ve talked about lip color we thought we’d take this time to share a few tips and some of our favorite bridal lip looks.
From garden fresh hues to vampy reds there is a lip color for everyone.
The number one question we receive about lip color is how to make it last… Here’s our secret!
Once you’ve selected the perfect lipstick to wear for your pout, how do you to get it to stay on, through endless kisses and of course a few glasses of vino? Here are some expert tips to take with you. For this experience to work best, use lipstick, not lip-liner. Go ahead, use that red you’ve been dying to try or a deep vamp. I personally love a pink/peachy lip, but ladies, get ready to pull out all those lipsticks from the drawer. You know, the ones you thought would look pretty, but once they were on your lips you hated it! The great thing about these expert tips is that the color the lipstick is in the tube, will be the exact color on your lips. No more guessing games- go for it!

When it comes to lipstick, red is a whole spectrum in itself. From bright, poppy, orangey-reds, to classic pillar box reds, and deep, vampy reds bordering on burgundy, there really is a red for everyone.~ Harper’s Bazzar
