The countdown for the 50th Bridal Specular show is on! Today we are interviewing Randi Garret owner of Naakiti Floral and Sit on This. Randi’s attention to detail and innovation are what keep planners like Andera Eppolito Events and venues such as Paiute and Dragon Ridge swooning and coming back. When I think of Randi’s “style” I don’t think one genre or area of specialty, I see an individual that custom fits the design to the clients needs.
This girl is busy! Somehow we managed to pin her down though to share a little bit more about Naakiti Floral Design. Hi Randi! Thank you so much for taking a few minutes to share with us today.
Planning couples have so many choices and options these days when it comes to florals and decor for their wedding, what would you like a planning couple to know about Naakiti Floral Design?
“I want my clients to know that I love weddings and look at each one of them as I am going to be in there future for the rest of there lives.”
Are there any common misconceptions about the services you provide?
“That we are too expensive but we do customize to there fixed prices.”
What sets Naakiti apart from others that provide similar services?
“Quality, customer service, attention to detail, and know we care”
It must be challenging for you to come up with so many unique designs, where do you find your inspiration?
Any final thoughts for our readers today?
“This is my passion and I want to make visions come alive. I want them to always remember me when they look at their photos and say awh that was Naakiti that did that.”
Long before the countdown for the Bridal Spectacular we begin preparing for the largest bridal show in Las Vegas with Randi. She and I sit down months prior to plan the design. Certainly there are challenges I have for Randi with a 10×10 booth. The first always is that we need a work space for several people. During the show we touch each and every bride not just talk to them. At any given time we have 3 clients in the makeup chair, 3 waiting and of course all the girls from Makeup in the 702. That’s a lot of activity in such a small space. Of course we like to display our past work, but the challenge I have for Randi is- how will the bride know I’m not a photographer? She nails it each and every time. Here are a few examples of the Makeup in the 702 booth from the past few shows.
Please join us in booth # at Cashman on August 21st and 22nd for the next Bridal Specular when you will be able to see Randi’s latest work.
In closing I want the world to know that Randi is in love with love- seriously! Any given day you can see her post quotes like these to Facebook…Lastly, and I quote Randi on this “I love being with a person that makes me not want to look at my phone”
